Title:Poor Customer Service and Communication 09/02/2009 - 12:49
Review:This on-line store offers good prices, although the sizing and quality is fairly inconsistent. However, their customer service is the most frustrating and appears to be deteriorating. My last exchange took 4 weeks to process and I was over-charged as well. After contacting customer service it took another 5 weeks for the credit to appear on my account and the amount is still wrong. I was not given credit for the sales tax that was charged. Dealing with their customer service and the long delays are frustrating to say the least. I will think twice about ordering from them again.

Review:I placed an order with Woman within, got confirmation of my order & when I went to find it online, it wasn't there so I emailed to find out what was going on with my order & was told that they didn't show an order for me even though I still had the email with order confirmation. Since they can't "find" my order, they just lost out on a sale of over $170, I will shop someplace who can keep track of my order. I got their catalog in the mail so I thought I would give them a try but they blew it & I will let my friends know not to bother with a company who can't find orders even when they sent an email with all the order info on it.
With the economy the way it is, you would think they would want to get new business but I guess they don't need it. Oh well, I can look for new items elsewhere, where they know what is going on.
