| Review: | This is in regards to your return policy and turn time. I purchased a book from Valore books. com. on Sept 12, 2007, I returned the book on Oct 5th, 2007 in plenty of time of the time frame that you allow. I emailed you approx. 3 weeks after to inform you that I have not recieved my refund and asked if there was a problem. I still till this day have not received my refund nor an email. Also, I don't like the fact there isn't a customer service # as I would have chose to speak with a live person. |
