Review:

This company has the worst policies and the highest shipping charges I have ever seen and absolutely horrible customer service. The buyer cannot cancel an order even minutes after it is put in through their website or through Amazon. If the buyer refuses delivery, they are assessed a return fee, the shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee. If they accept delivery and get a Return Authorization from the vendor, they are still assessed the original shipping fee as well as paying for the return and insurance. Here's an example that is currently on the Amazon site for boots from UnbeatableSale.com:
Price: $85.20 + $42.09 shipping. The shipping cost is in tiny print in a much lighter font color (shame on you Amazon!!) Shipping for my boots was $38.09 for two pounds from NY to Massachusetts! I canceled the order within an hour of submitting it (as soon as I got the Amazon invoice showing the shipping charge). UnbeatableSale has only refunded $55.43 of a $112.00 'canceled' order. Their policy states that once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled. I have spent many, many hours of valuable time trying to get my money refunded to no avail. Buyer Beware!!! They stole $56.57 from me, and you could be next!!!

Review:

Merchandise prices are listed at several different prices in different locations on the web - website promises price match if you find a lower price and then will not honor that policy. Customer service and supervisors will not return phone calls and even disconnected the call to avoid transferring to a supervisor. I will never purchase anything from this site again. Also, shipping costs are inflated and listed at several different amounts on different sites.
