Tickets Now Miscommunication 03/03/2009 - 09:15

Review:

Ok found the tickets that I wanted for Nickelback on Tickets Now which was great. They then confirmed my order and provided me with a tracking number that when traced said that the tickets would be delivered to my house by 5pm the day of the concert which started at 7pm. When the tickets still had not been delivered and there were no scans on the tracking number by 3pm I called Tickets Now. The person that I spoke with was very nice but he informed me that the tickets had to be picked up at ticket outlet - which was the first that I had heard of this!! In addition the "will call" pickup location was not even at the venue but about a 10min walk away from it. So if I had not called and only went on the information that was provided to me via email I would have missed the concert becuase Tickets Now did not notify me of the change.
