I have ordered from Taylor several times. The end of Sept I placed an order for several items. They were charged on my card right away. When I tracked it, it was stated that everything had shipped. I only rec'd two items. So, I waited for the rest, and waited. I called customer service and they told me that they no longer carried these items. When I placed the order it stated they were in stock. I sent them a copy of my bank statement where I was charged and a copy of THEIR invoice showing the shipped. This is really CRAP! Found calling them nor emailing them made any difference. I told them that I felt they were cheating me and that it was a terrible way to run a business. Don't we have enough problems right now trying to make ends meet without carpet baggers swindling us out of money???

Review:

I was initially overcharged. When I caught it and contacted them they did refund the difference, but with no apology, and in no hurry. Then the items arrived they were very poorly packaged and everything was broken. Ceramic dishes with no bubble-wrap and several boxes inside a too-large carton left to slide around. I returned everything using their label and it's been a month. They claim they didn't receive the return and won't refund my money until they do. So now I have no product or money.
All they had to offer was a good price to lure me in. Never again.
