| Review: | I have contacted Swissoutpost 3 times in the last 3 weeks to ask after my order. Every time, they tell me that they have to order the product from the manufacturer and that i should have it in a week. But when I call back a week later because I haven't received it, they tell me it still needs to be ordered!! Their website indicates that manufacturer orders take 3-5 days from the manufacturer and 2 days to ship. Based on this information, I ordered a product for a birthday gift that is now embarrassingly late. I am extremely frustrated with this merchant |
