A nightmare with Surplus Computers 08/21/2005 - 18:54

Review:

I have bought an optical mouse from Surplus Computers: http://www.surpluscomputers.com/store/main.aspx?p=ItemDetail&item=ACC10873 and got a series of nightmare with this seller.

First, in stead of a new mouse, they sent me an OLD, BROKEN one. Moreover, it does NOT work although I have tried many times. I have contacted to customer service of this seller more than 20 times during 5 days before a representative answer me. She told me that I have to complete a returning form, and send her via email and have to wait for more 3 days. According to a response from the seller, I have to ship this mouse back to Surplus Computers by a tractable shipping method, which requires at least 60% of the mouse price. What should I do? The most effective way is to write a review.
