Two Orders out of Four Lost in Transit 10/16/2008 - 11:42

Review:

Out of four orders I have placed with Silhouettes in the last year, two have never arrived and were lost in transit. What they don't tell you when you order is you are charged when they ship BUT you can't receive a refund for 20 business days if the product never arrives, AND they are unable to track their packages with the post office. I will not be ordering from their company ever again.

Review:

I ordered from Silhouettes and used a coupon code. I was very disappointed with the total. They charged a service charge that was as much as the coupon plus there was still a shipping and handling charge. No other plus size clothing company online has charged me a service charge. Be careful before you go to all the trouble of shopping on their site.
