| Review: | On our frst visit to safeway since arriving in grande prairie. we were happly getting our grocerys and we decided to go to self checkout for we only had a few items...thats when our opinions changed..we were glaed at my a not very polite older lady and the self chech help desk...4 times we had our bags checked and compared to the screen. not explaination just pulling food from the bags and holding them and dropping them back in the bags...then on the way out the sliding door had a board on the bottom so it wont open and she questioned us about the movies i haD RENTED FROM BLOCKBUSTER which was my boiling point..i asked her why we were being treated like theives? she said we treat all our customers like that and asked " Do you wanna work here and see what kinda shit people pull" and "if you dont like being treated like that than find somewhere else to shop" this shocked me is this how safeway operates?? well no matter with service like that I wont be back. I your self chechouts lose that much money get ride of them and maybe your customer service people wont scare people off. I am not a theif and dont appricate being treated like one!!!!!! |
