| Review: | I purchased an item from this Fairview Mall Toronto store at the beginning of December.Customer service was just plain awful, something I have never experienced before. The sales rep just kept raising her voice and slamming my purchase down on the counter. This was all because I did not agree with her not wanting to exchange an item I had only just bought a few days earlier. I sent an email out to customer service about this but I have not even received an acknowledgement to my email. |
