| Review: | During the first week of December, I ordered a Christmas gift. First, I didn't get credit for the 30% off email coupon they themselves sent me. That took 2 phone calls. Then they overcharged for shipping because my total was now in a lower cost category; that took another 2 calls. The item was "in stock" and to be delivered no later than 12/20. On 12/20, I received a backorder notice saying it would be here 1/9. Surely they knew they didn't have the product before then, but they didn't tell me until it was too late to get it elsewhere. Then it was backordered to 1/21, 2/10, 2/15, 2/20, and now JULY--a full 7 months after I ordered. And I never received another notice; I always had to call them to ask why it hadn't come on the promised date. When I got the July info, I ordered elsewhere and now am unable to cancel this as their website, customer service email, and phone number are no longer valid. I hope this means they are out of business, but if they return, don't waste your time ordering from them. Their service is abysmal. |
