| Review: | I rate their customer service with a soaring assessment. They make it totally convenient to return an item that is not just what you wanted.
And we all know this is a regular vexing routine of life.
I returned a Bible cover that did not fit as the size was not accurately stated by the manufacturer on the label.
The simple uncomplicated process involved me speaking to a Miles Kimball customer service agent. A very sweet operator handled the matter in a quick and efficient manner. She was completely kind, accommodating and sympathetic. She even sent out the correct size Bible cover before I returned the wrong-sized.
This unique, pleasant handling of an issue surpasses every past customer service experience.
