Review:I order a lot for maxandchloe and never had any issues. Of course when people have a bad expeirience they write about it but I have had only good. I place orders with them all the time and get my merch in 1-2 days always. I have talked to them on the phone and are always helpful. No where else has this large a selection. Pricing is always lower then other places. I do not know what these people are talking about in the previous reviews (maybe its a compeditor or same person). Anyway- this is my favorite place to shop and I was looking for a coupon but instead found this site and could not believe these reviews.

Review:I tried to order from Max & Chloe 3 times and everytime there has been an issue. Either it has taken months to ship the order or the package was "lost." They are consistently horrible when it comes to responding promptly to orders. I just hope I get this last package and I can be done with them!!

Review:

I have several grievances with the company:

1) It was after repeatedly calling that I found out the earrings were on backorder. No one from the company took the initiative to tell me. That is very, very poor customer service.
2) I tried calling because emails seem to take forever and I was on hold for more than 5 minutes...twice! Unacceptable. If no one was in the office the recording should say so. And since it's early enough in the morning I refuse to believe they all were busy with calls.
3) This is the worst of all: why did they charge my credit card without sending out the product???? There was no even exchange.

Review:I was out with one of my bridesmaids looking for bridesmaids gifts. I saw earrings that I loved but knew they looked familiar for some reason. THEN I realized I had purchased very very similar earrings from Max & Chloe...about 5 weeks ago. It had been so long that I completely forgot about the purchased. I came home form the shopping trip to check on the shipping status - not shipped yet. On the product information, it said the product would ship within 1-2 days...not over a month. Also, they recently billed my credit card. I was thought, great - they finally shipped the earrings. I go online to check my shipping status and still nothing has shipped. How do these people stay in business?

Review:Very slow shopping and even worse customer service. I placed 2 different orders..one of which I received partial shipment and the other I will not get the item as it was damaged during packaging and it was the last one in stock. I had to call repeated times to check on the status of both orders as they do not update via email. The incident with the so called damaged piece I did not receive the promised phone calls they said I would. I have submitted an email to the customer service dept. so will see what their response is.
