Bad experience 04/17/2008 - 13:53

I ordered a few herbs from Kalyx.com. After I placed the order online, I got an email with a order status update in which one of my items was listed as "item refunded". I emailed them to ask them if this meant the item wasn't available, and if so I wanted to replace it with something else. No response. A few days later, I emailed them again. Still no response. Finally after several days, they email me saying the item is out of stock and if I want to get something else. I said yes. Then they say I have to pay extra shipping for the replacement because the first order with my other items has already shipped. Well, it hadn't because I didn't get it until almost a month later. Then a week or two after that I got the replacement item. So I had to pay like $8 shipping on a little bottle that cost about $12. They should have shipped it to me free because it was their mistake from the start by not having it in stock and not allowing me to replace it in a timely enough manner to ship with my first shipment. Not to mention it took a month from placing my order to when I finally received it. I won't be using them again.
