| Review: | My advise, don't buy as you get old stuff for cheap.
My Story: I ordered 12 Cartridges of different colors for a great price on 26-Nov, delivered two days later. But when I took them out of the box the expiry date was Jan'08, which was only 4 weeks to go. Called Customer Service, and spoke to the most unpleasant Gentleman, who obviously didn't know the meaning of Customer Service. He couldn't understand why I was upset and unhappy about the fact that the Cartridges expire in 4 weeks time which I intended to use throughout the next year'08. He told me that I could send the Cartridges back on own non refundable postal cost(12 Euro)and he would have a look if there are some with a longer expire date. If not I would get my money back, excluding postal cost, which I wasn't happy about. I had to end the conversation as I was shouted at, and had no further interest in continuing this unpleasant conversation. |
