| Review: | I used the chat live option on the order page and they deny any discounts from this site & any others as not theirs, so they will not honor them. There prices are good and they have free shipping with a $60 order but do not stand behind any ads of discounts. This leads me to believe they do not stand on principles so I did not order from them. |

| Review: | I use iherb regularly and they are great. They have a great selection and the products are much cheaper than anywhere else(and trust me I have looked around). Most discount stores have pretty lousy customer service, but iherb customer service is the best out there. When I had to contact them I received a reply in a few hours. They were very helpful. Finally, the shipments always arrive much faster than I expect. Overall they are a stellar company. If you need any of the products they carry, I highly recommend iherb. |
