Review:I placed an order for a baby bracelet on 11/23/09 and I have yet to receive it, I was assured on December 10th by the company that I would receive the bracelet in time for Christmas. I told the woman on the phone that it was meant as a Christmas gift, and I'd like her to cancel the order...she told me "I'll put a request in to do that, but it may already be on it's way." News Flash: Christmas was nearly two weeks ago...it's a bit late now. I do not feel as though this situation was handled properly and I find it absolutely ridiculous that although I was promised that I would recieve that bracelet in time for Christmas, I did not.

Review:We recently ordered a ring from Gordon's website less than 90 days ago. According to their warranty, we have 90 days to exchange the ring online or at the store. The ring is too big, so we called our local Gordon's to see about how long it takes to resize the ring or exchange it for a smaller size. They would not help with the transaction unless we paid a $24.95 fee for a life time warranty or else they would charge more just for the initial resize. Some 90 day exchange...

Review:I went to Gordon's to talk to my favorite sales
associate about the card concerning sales this
weekend and saw a bracelet in the clearance cab-
net that I had to have! There was a opal missing
from it,but it was sent back for repairs. The sales associate told me to be honest about the delay in my receiving the bracelet. I am going to
love it when it comes in this week!

Review:I had received a sale ad in the mail, and went to the Gordans to see if they had the sales items and they did. I bought two items on sales at a great price. I customer service was excellent, very informative and knowlegdiable about the product and explain the warranty, protection plan, and which payment option was available. The only con was that the specific type of stone I wanted was not available. Other than that I had a great experiences with shopping at Gordons in Gallup, NM.

Great sales and service.
