| Review: | Fragrance Hut offers many special deals which sound great. However, for the buyer there is no value in good prices and product information if you pay for something and never receive the product! Fragrance Hut was quick to accept my order and payment, but my order remains outstanding after several months. My enquiries to them go unanswered and I am getting the impression I have lost a large amount of money which I will never get back. In my experience their customer service is non-existent and in my opinion, this company is dishonest and should be investigated. I am extremely disappointed and puzzled as to how a company thinks they can stay in business by taking people's money, not delivering the goods, and refusing to communicate with their customers. I will never, ever deal with this company again and I encourage others to consider my experience before doing business with them. |
