| Review: | They use a no-name shipping company to get things from their warehouse in Tennessee to wherever you've designated. There's no way to track your order. They're slower than any company I've ever dealt with--except Media Mail via the USPS. Not even their customer service operators can tell you what's going on. It's been 10 days since I placed my order, and the shipping company hasn't yet made it from Memphis to Atlanta (a 5-hour drive)??? Plus, the company's located not too far from Atlanta!!! Never again. |
