That's sad..... they used to be very good, but today I cannot even find a web site. Looks as if BS is gone. Glad I read your note, just in case I did find something and had to return it.

Review:

Be very careful with Brownstone Studio returns. Make sure you know what you are ordering because unlike most on line companies this company delays your refund for weeks and then charges you all the discounts including the "Free Shipping". I don't consider Free Shipping a "discount". I think of it as a lost leader to get you to order. There is the normal return fee for the package shipping, that was expected. I had read their return policy before ordering but never saw where they said they would charge you for FREE SHIPPING if you make a return. They use the word "discount". For me this isn't acceptable and very deceptive. I would never order from them again. Your refund ends up being only a portion of your return and takes weeks to obtain. They also do not answer emails in a timely fashion, or at all in my case.
