Shipping is free both ways. The DVDs come in pre-paid envelopes and all you do is drop them at any mailbox. Once the post office lets them know that the movies have been returned, Blockbuster Online will will mail you the next ones.

Review:

I signed up for them a few months ago and it's amazing. All the DVDs come within 2-3 days and in many days, the new DVDs are shipped just a day after I drop the viewed ones in the post office. I had two problems with DVDs not arriving (US mail problems), and all I had to do is log on and click on a link; they took care of everything and shipped the DVDs again. No questions asked.

The free vouchers (you can print them from your computer) are cool too. Sometimes you just want to see a movie right away...you just grab a voucher and head to the local Blockbuster store. This is something that Netflix can't do.
