I ordered 2 bras February 4th, 2010 with BiggerBras.com and was advised of a 4 to 6 weeks delivery. After 8 weeks, I called the company to find out if my order was going to take much longer and I was told no, a few weeks at the most. On April 30, 2010 I cancelled 1 of the 2 bras I had ordered (I found it somewhere else for less money and it was in stock). On May 11th, BiggerBras.com sent me an e-mail telling me my item was delayed by the manufacture (yet again), it said:
"At this time, we are re-ordering the item for you. We expect that the manufacturer will send us the item for you, once it arrives from their overseas factory."
The e-mail account I use for ordering is strictly for ordering, I logon to it as necessary, BiggerBras.com indicated they were re-ordering, I figured I'd check my e-mail in 4 weeks to 6 weeks. When I did log back on, June 22, 2010 I had received an e-mail on May 13 (2 days after I was told it was just re-ordered from overseas) and the item was in, to please re-confirm the order. I also received an e-mail May 22, 2010, cancelling my order since I had not replied! I wait nearly 4 months for this bras and they gave me 7 days to RE-CONFIRM MY ORDER! I sent an e-mail as soon as I saw what was happening expressing my dissatisfaction and to please send me my item (since they had received it). I received another e-mail from BiggerBras.com to let me know me e-mail would be replied to within 48 hours, well 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a reply.
By the way, the 1 bras I cancelled and bought elsewhere... I bought it at figleaves.com, I got my bras in 4 weeks, for less money!
I will never order from BiggerBras.com not because it took so long, but because they did not even try to correct the problem with my order, or follow up by e-mail when they said they would.
I have ordered my bras from this site for over three years, I have a small waist line and a very large bust size (natural) and cannot seem to find products in many other places. I have had problems with them in the past, but this last time was inexcusable. I ordered over $300 worth of items and only received two of them. I patiently contacted BGB and was told they were not yet in from the manufacturers. Four months later, when I contacted them again they said the bras were still not in. When I asked when they might arrive, they said they did not know. They showed virtually no concern that I might receive these items and offered to do absolutely nothing to keep my business. It has now been nine months since I ordered those items and I have not been contacted by BGB regarding the order in any way. I now must search for a new place to order my bras.
