Shipping Info & Rates
All orders are shipped for Free: Free 2-Day Delivery either via UPS or FedEx. There's an additional $10.00 Charge if you want to upgrade to next-Day-Delivery.
This was a terrible shopping experience. The biggest problem is that what they don't tell you, is that Alle really functions as a go-between for jewelry companies. They don't ship the items, they just process the order. So their shipping estimates are often wrong because they are at the mercy of the actual jewelry company. This is also even more of an issue if you must return an item-- which I did because it was not photographed accurately, and was poorly made, both in the cut and the setting. When you send it back to them, you do go directly to Alle. They inspect it, and then they must send it to the jeweler, out of state, who then must also inspect it. In my case, I was told that the jeweler had informed them that they would be shut for vacation for 2 weeks. And then taking inventory. So I can inspect to see my refund in 3 months. None of this is listed on their website, of course. My advice to never, ever shop with Alle Jewelry on line!!!
