Review:
I placed an order for my microwave 3/20. The company said it would ship 'on or before 3/28.' So I'm having to wait up to 8 days before it ships, but it's a good price. I can wait. Everyday, I check status. Every day, says same thing: 'will ship 'on or before 3/28.' Until 3/28, THEN it says it's back ordered and they don't know when it will be available.
So I call. Here's where it gets nuts. I talked to 2 different 'customer service' representatives and 1 'team manager.' All said that what I experienced was 'the default' (to use their words.) I.e. that they ALWAYS say for this particular type of product that it will ship within 8 days, but only after those 8 days have passed do they bother to check if it's available and let you know that it isn't!! I am NOT making this up. In all my conversations with the customer service people (the manager never returned my call), they did NOT say that the order got screwed up, that things were not processed properly, that this was NOT normal procedures. Instead, they said this is normal. Wow!
Don't waste your time with these people who tell you for a week that something's about to ship, THEN figure out that it isn't.
